Team Objectives
To provide aspiring athletes with the opportunity to excel as people and positive role models to others through their sporting pursuits.
To provide the athlete with the necessary training structures, support and assistance that will help them to reach their potential as future professional athletes.
To foster a healthy balance between their sporting pursuits and the life in general.
The Program
The elite program is limited to Melbourne based athletes only at this stage, who can attend team sessions. The team training structure is of importance to cultivate positive training habits - no correspondence programs will be offered, unless athlete is traveling with events.
It is a contracted 12 month commitment to the program and the requirements that come with it.
Will be expanding the team to 12 members for the contracted period 2010-11
The Coach
Sean Foster from Fluid Movements will provide the training structure and ongoing high performance management of the pro team. Sean comes with a wealth of practical race knowledge and coaching experience. Sean has raced professionally as an Ironman, and has been coaching for over 12 years.
